Leadership Coaching

Using evidence-based tools, Journey Through Coaching will partner with you to help you develop a working model for your leadership style, to process your leadership moves, and to ultimately make grounded thoughtful decisions.

Before you lead, reflect with your coach to ensure that you are leading from your deepened values and grounding your leadership in evidence-based methods and your strengths.

Need help with a short term project? I combine coaching with Improvement Science guideposts to help you work toward maximum results in just four sessions.

Team Coaching

  • DISC Team Building Session (3-4 hours). Using the DISC Assessment as data, teams engage in thoughtful and energizing conversations in order to build your own personal working model. This experience is tailored to your team’s own unique needs and strengths. Learn more about the DiSC

  • Follow up team coaching to establish working norms and to move toward a powerful team model.

  • Challenging Conversations. In this 4 session workshop, your team will develop their ability to engage in challenging conversations with one another. Tools drawn from neuroscience, mindful communication, and nonviolent communication.
