“nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

I’m a professional, ICF-accredited coach with over 2,00 hours and a decade of experience and a graduate level courses in evidence-based coaching from Fielding University’s Master’s program. I’m also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and yoga instructor, and I previously served as Professional Development Chair for the Arizona ICF Chapter.

My clients benefit from a blend of research-based coaching, mindfulness practices, and a cross-cultural perspective shaped by my time living in England, Nepal, and Turkey. My background includes roles as an educator, Peace Corps volunteer, nonprofit specialist in Washington, DC, internal coach, and small business owner.

Now rooted in Oregon, I draw inspiration from the natural world and bring that same grounded presence, curiosity, and care to every coaching conversation. Whether working one-on-one or in groups, I’d be honored to support your journey.

Big shift? Small nudge? Either way, the path starts here.

Meet The Coach

Carrie Tkaczyk

Dear Future Client,

The James Baldwin quote at the top of this page reflects the heart of my coaching philosophy: meaningful transformation begins when we’re willing to meet both our fears and our strengths with honesty and care. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what’s getting in the way—and to support you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

My work is deeply grounded in the ICF coaching model, which honors your inner wisdom, agency, and capacity for change. At the same time, my approach is shaped by a rich blend of life experience, study, and embodied practice. I bring these together through what I call my Four Pillars—the values and strengths that guide each coaching partnership.

Whether you’re new to coaching or returning with clear goals, you’re welcome here. I work with individuals and teams through coaching, facilitation, and guided mindfulness experiences, creating space for reflection, insight, and meaningful growth.

I invite you to explore the site and reach out when the timing feels right. If you’re curious, you’re welcome to schedule a complimentary consultation. I’d be honored to walk with you on this journey.

Warmly,

Carrie (she/her)

“Carrie-Ann has many gifts as a deep listener and keen thinker: compassion, humor, a deep skill set, and sincere calmness. Still, my favorite gift from Carrie-Ann is her stunning, clear questioning that open my inquiry, discovery, and wonder. After working with Carrie-Ann for almost a decade, I know in even short conversations, she will gift me with a beautiful question that I can ponder and grow from.” - Joan, Internal Coaching Supervisor
